Coastal Coffee Table Styling

Happy Monday!  I was really looking forward to a long weekend but unfortunately, I'm working through it.  Trying to make the best of it and look at the positives - I did get to spend some time with my family yesterday.

Taking a break to share some long overdue blog posts - I've been eyeing this new coffee table for some time now - you may recognize it as the same style as my bedroom nightstands.  It is from World Market and unfortunately appears to be sold out online but you may be able to snag one from the store if you're interested - it's called the Quade coffee table.

The coffee table is really heavy and substantial which I love.  The finish has a distressed driftwood quality to it which of course I'm a fan of.  I accessorized the top with some Hawaiian magazines, a blue glass bowl filled with coral (that I already had), some glass balls that I pick up as souvenirs on my trips to the islands, and some candles.

The faux monstera leaf plant is from Michaels.  I'm not a huge fan of faux plants and flowers but these added a nice tropical vibe to the tablescape and they fit perfectly into a little glass candle holder I already had.  The Water hyacinth tray is from Pottery Barn.  PS - they're having a sale 25% off one item and free shipping - I think through today.

The candle holder (at least that's what I'm using it for because I don't like to see the labels on Yankee candles) is from HomeGoods.

Here are a few more shots of the table itself and the styling - sorry some of the images are so bright, there are two windows facing this table so sometimes taking photos can be hit or miss.

Hope you're all enjoying your long weekend!
-Alisa
