Blue Nightstand Upgrade

So I'm one of those people that gets really excited about a new project and I'm VERY impatient...outta control impatient.  But then I also seem to get halfway through a project and think - Is this actually crap?  (I know it started out as crap and that's why it's in the thrift store...but you know what I mean).

Anyway, enough rambling.  Please check out my latest project-I made over an old nightstand-I'm sure you know someone who knows someone who had one of these growing up...but I bet it doesn't look like mine now :)

Does anyone else ever get to this point and think - Hey that primer color is kind of nice?  Maybe it's just me...I have a thing for black and gray paint.

I used glossy blue paint, new silver hardware and clear glass penny rounds for the mosaic top.  Super easy project once you get down the basics.  Let me know if anyone has any questions!

I also found this amazing vintage mirror for $2.99 on the same day I bought the nightstand.  I just sprayed it glossy black and hung it in my 'vanity room'...aka my master bedroom closet that I turned into a vanity/jewerly/all things pretty room.  I think I'm going to start a wall of old mirrors (since I seem to be addicted to old mirrors).

Happy Treasure Hunting!!
